How to Improve the Quality of Your Management Skills and/or Consulting Practice
Have you ever come across employees or clients who can’t seem to make progress no matter how much advice and information you give them? Coaching is a great skill set to add to your management skills or consulting practice to help your employees or clients achieve bigger and better goals. This workshop will clarify what coaching is and what it isn’t and when it is appropriate to use. Participants in this hands-on workshop will get the opportunity to practice coaching, including effective listening skills, as well as giving and receiving feedback. Participants will also learn how to coach their clients to set “SMART” goals. In this workshop, you’ll learn:
